ELLIOTT GRESSARD

 

Elliott routinely handles property and casualty insurance on behalf of insurers and businesses, in losses involving technical and financial expertise proceedings, in the scope of civil and commercial disputes.

​

His skills in private international law, as well as in international arbitration, stem from his various experiences in law firms specializing in industrial and maritime risks, both nationally and internationally.

​

His professional and personal skills (precise analyses, accuracy of solutions, human approach) allow him to go through the resolution of the most complex disputes.

 

Bilingual French/English, he is also able to work in Spanish. Elliott works regularly for French and international clients.

​

He has a solid university education in international law (degrees in English and American law, Master I in International/European law at the Kingston University of London, Master II in Arbitration and International Trade at the University of Versailles/Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, contest of Arbitration in Southampton, contest of Mediation at the Center for Mediation and Arbitration of Paris - CMAP, publications about Arbitration in maritime issues). He was admitted to the Paris Bar in early 2017.
