Clémence CARradu

 

Clémence practices in civil, contractual and public liability, as well as in insurance law litigation.

She has a great ability to analyze and clarify complex situations, particularly in technical and regulatory issues arising out of industrial losses, such as regulations on lifting devices, surface treatment processing lines, SEVESO high threshold sites, or nuclear installations.

Committed, alert and open-minded, the accuracy of her analyses allows her to overcome the complex legal and insurance issues we are facing every day.

She also practiced as a lawyer in international transportation (maritime, aviation and road), as well as in the European litigation Bureau of the French Ministry of Justice.

Clémence received European and Private law degrees from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne; she was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018.
