Carine handles civil liability and insurance cases on behalf of insurers and industrial companies.

 

She is particularly efficient in complex litigation such as major serial losses, including in the solar energy area.

The preciseness of her analyses, as well as her perseverance and creativity make the difference in the outcome of disputes, amicably or in court. Specifically concerned by Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), trained with mediation techniques at the Center for Mediation and Arbitration of Paris (CMAP), she assists our clients in the implementation of negotiated settlements.

Carine, who works in French and English, has enhanced her professional skills with foreign cultures (Asia, Australia), which allow her to work on insurance and business risks in international files.

She holds an insurance law degree (Master II) and practiced as a lawyer before becoming an attorney admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018.
